IP isn't static. Meaning each time it changes ull have to post again to get it re-tracked.
You can get a static IP by calling your ISP and asking for one, its usually an additional monthly fee like $10 or summin. It might sound like alot but a real honor serv is like $3 per slot, and its easy to go up to like $60 a month with them.
